The Customs of Aruba would like to inform that their main office, currently located at L.G. Smith Boulevard 134, will be relocating to a new location at Bushiri 25 D (next to the former Pricehacker building) from Friday, October 25th to Friday, November 1st, 2024.
This means that from Friday, October 25th, starting at 12:00 PM, until Friday, November 1st, 2024, the main office will be closed/non-operational.
Regarding Asycuda services, please take note of the following:
- On Friday, October 25th, 2024, the Asycuda system will be operational only at the Customs sections at the Airport, Cargo, and Barcadera
- On Saturday, October 26th, and Sunday, October 27th, 2024, the Asycuda system will not be available
- On Monday, October 28th, 2024 we hope that during the day the Asycuda system, as well as the Asycuda section, Stad/Vrijmaking and Vrijstelling section will be operational at the new location at Bushiri 25 D.
All other services at the new main office of Customs will resume on Monday, November 4th, 2024.
