The Customs of Aruba continues to modernize and digitize its processes and services for the general public. As part of this effort, we would like to inform that starting on Monday, September 30th, 2024, all requests for permits to organize car shows will be handled digitally through our website.

Car dealers can simply visit our website https://www.douane.aw/vergunningsprocedure-carshow/ and submit a request by filling out the application form and the excel sheet.

To obtain a permit for the organization of a car show, please take note of the following:

• The request must be submitted within 5 working days.
• It is important to include complete information for all vehicles, such as the brand, model, year of manufacture, color, VIN number, and the archive document. Incomplete or incorrect information will result in the rejection of the request, and a new submission will be required.

The Customs Department asks all car dealers to take note of this shared information.
